泵出厂时，压辊已按正常情况调整到位，如遇物料吸不上，或在泵的额定压力下，口量达不到要求，请调整压辊的偏心距，其步骤如下：
（1）先将泵壳两侧相应的圆孔有机玻璃盖板与泵出口端的长方形有机玻璃盖板打开，将转子压辊旋转至两圆孔之间，其螺栓正对圆孔，然后用套筒扳手将两端螺栓拧松，再用小圆棒或十字螺丝刀，对准标有0，1，2，3的圆孔，拨动压辊一侧内的偏心套转动，偏心套的数字越大，其压辊与泵壳间的距离越小，软管压的越紧，其调整是以转子的顶端的刻线为基准，数字越大，压的越紧，反之亦然。
（2）调整间隙时一定要注意不要压的过紧，以达到流量为准，压的越紧，对胶管的寿命影响越大。
一根内壁光滑，强度可靠的特制橡胶软管安装在泵体内部，通过一对压辊沿着软管旋转挤压，这样的 旋转使得介质往一个方向输送而不会倒流，软管在输送介质之后，由被压扁软管的自身弹性和侧导轮的强制下，软管恢复原状，此时，软管内产生高真空将介质再次吸入管腔，然后介质在随之而来的压辊挤压下从软管内排出，如此周而复始，介质不断的被吸入和排出。目前产品使用温度为≤100℃。根据用户需要可以开发使用温度在120℃的软管泵软管产品。
