电工钢硅钢片镰刀弯产品的镰刀弯规定仅适用于切边供货的状态。在任意 2m 测量长度上，钢带的镰刀弯应不大于2mm。供方如能保证，可不进行该项检测。7.3.5 毛刺高度剪切毛刺高度的规定仅适用于以切边交货的材料。剪切毛刺高度应不大于0.035mm。7.3.6 残余曲率产品的残余曲率通过测试钢片的底边和支撑板间的距离确定。钢带的残余曲率应不超过35mm。供方如能保证，可不进行该试验。7.4 技术特性Q/BQB 480－202187.4.1 约定密度用于计算产品的磁性能和叠装系数的约定密度应符合表 3、内蒙古呼和浩特表 4 的规定。如需采用其他约定密度，须供需双方协商后确定。
